You will design + code a program on your own
You'll record a video of your program
Submit that video to Mr. M
This will be used for a 40 point project grade in Q3
If you are taking the AP Exam, you must also...
Upload a video of your code to digital portfolio
Upload a PDF of your code to digital portfolio
Answer the written responses on digital portfolio
These will be 40% of your AP Score
PROJECT SUMMARY
Program Requirements
Must have user input and interaction
Must use an array in a significant way
Must have at least one method with a parameter
Must have at least one algorithm you can clearly identify and describe
Written Response
You will explain your program by answering four questions
These questions are graded by the AP Rubric.
It is critical you understand how they are graded and think carefully about your response.
Code + Video
You will need to save your code as a PDF and upload it to the collegeboard
You will need to create a 1-minute video of your program running
Policies
Mr. M isn't allowed to help you debug your project or evaluate it with the rubric
He can provide some guidance on scope and meeting the rubric requirements
You must cite any piece of media you did not create
This can be done informally and be included in your code as long as credit is given

Format
Must be .mp4, .wmv, .avi, or .mov format.
No more than 1 minute in length
No more than 30 MB in file size

X-Box Game Bar - Usually included in Windows
Quicktime - Usually included in Mac OS
